Dr. Manns  was appointed Delegate to the 2023 Synod of Bishops. She is the Adult Learning Director at Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Community in Minneapolis and adjunct professor at United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities. LIM alumna Becky Eldredge, M.P.S., will share her response.
